Commissioned by Sound Transit Art Program (STart) Wall Project and the Capitol Hill Chamber of Commerce. I was paired with local nonprofit organization, Ingersoll Gender Center.

In other news, the star was stolen off the wall sometime in January/Feb of 2012. I was recommissioned to make a replacement that went up the following winter. A few weeks later, it was gone again, but then reappeared within a few days. That one lives safely with Sound Transit. The first one, however, has found a new home somewhere on this weird little planet of ours, hopefully bringing joy and light to whomever is within eyesight.
